Gestion financière du projet		Financial management of the project
1/. - les dons sont versés au "LIONS CLUB - Allagnon Val d'Allier" qui en surveille l'utilisation.		1/. - all gifts are paid to the LIONS CLUB - Allagnon Val d'Allier who supervises their destination.
2/. - une fois le devis détaillé de construction établi par les responsables en Chine et approuvé par moi-même, un contrat est signé entre moi-même et le Gouvernement de la Province du Yunnan. Leur représentant local, Mr Pu Lishun est personellement responsable de la bonne fin du projet. Il est à noter que le village fournit gratuitement le terrain et une partie de la main d'oeuvre si possible.		2/. - once the detailed price quotation has been made by the the local Chinese authorities and approved by myself, a formal contract is signed between myself and the Yunnan Provincial Government. Their local representative, Mr Pu Lishun is personally responsible for the proper handling of the project. It should be noted that the property is supplied at no cost by the village as well as part of the labour if possible.
3/. - 50% du coût total est versé à Mr Pu Lishun au début des travaux. Le solde est versé après visite du chantier terminé par le soussigné.		3/. - 50% of the total cost is paid to Mr Pu Lishun at the start of the construction works. The balance is paid after my personal inspection of the finished building site.
4/. - La totalité des dons reçu pour ce projet est utilisé pour la construction. Les visites du site sont totalement à ma charge.		4/. - The total amount of gifts received is used for the actual building. On site travel expenses are totally paid by myself.
